Need to exchange or return your online purchase?

We know that sometimes ordering online can be a bit tricky. Even though we all do our best to get the right size sometimes we get it wrong.

Here at emamaco we understand if your emamaco items are too small or too big. 

RETURNS POLICY

Although we hope you love all your items from emamaco, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

    1. You must notify us within 10 days of recieving your items by clicking the link You can submit your return at this link here 
    2.  All original tags must remain attached and emamaco branded bag undamaged.
    3. Item(s) you are returning  must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and returned in original condition.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in contact with us at support@emamaco.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items not submitted to us via our return link within 10 days of receiving your items; in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way - including make-up marks; will not be accepted for return. Emamaco reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

The shipping cost incurred for returning items(s) are not covered or reimbursed by emamaco.

Unfortunately we cannot process returns for lost parcels without tracking details so please make note of your parcel tracking number when lodging the return at the post office by taking a screen shot or keeping the reciept for your reference.

 

Please note** if for some reason the link isnt working and your return isnt allowing you to proceed via the link and you believe you are within 10 days of recieving your item please contact us via email at support@emamaco.com on the day you try and lodge the return to ensure your return is lodged before 10 days. We will not be held responsible for you not contacting us the day you try to lodge the return via email if the link doesnt work.

 Emamaco reserves the right to reject items that are not notified to us via our link within 10 days after receiving the item(s) in accordance with our returns policy. 

RETURNING IN-STORE

We know sometimes sizing or styling can be tricky, so we are happy for you to return your online purchase to our retail store in Melbourne for exchange or refund (in accordance with the online refund policy). All items must be in their original condition, with no sign of wear, and with all tags attached and emamaco branded bag needs to be undamaged. A copy of your online confirmation/ Invoice will be required to process your return.

REFUNDS

We are happy to provide a refund on all full-priced item(s) that are returned in accordance with the emamaco returns policy.  
Refunds are processed directly back to the original purchase method and may take up to 3 days to be processed by your financial institution.

All returns on sale or discounted items will be issued with a store credit. 

Change of mind on full price items are eligible for refunds however change of mind on Sale items, including promotional offers and discount codes are not eligible for refunds; but you can still receive a store credit as long as the return is in accordance with the above conditions for return.

EXCHANGES  

We are happy to provide an exchange on all full-priced item(s) that are returned in accordance with the emamaco returns policy.  Emamaco will gladly assist you with exchanging garments for an alternative size or colour, where available.  

Due to stock limitations, we are not able to process exchanges on sale items including promotional offers and discount codes used.  All returns on sale or discounted items will be issued with a store credit.

 

FAULTY GARMENTS
Emamaco prides itself on our superior quality products. If you believe that a purchased item has a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer service team at support@emamaco.com with a description and images of the products fault as soon as possible.


Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase. Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault, and generally, manufacturing faults will be apparent within the first couple of wears.
