PRE-ORDER
Notice to all customers:
Due to recent activity by celebs, influencers, social media, Vogue Australia and Women's Health Australia the Emamaco brand is in high demand.
New stock is being made and delivered to our Melbourne warehouse constantly.
Due to this we allow pre-orders on items arriving soon.
So if you have items on pre-order expect to get them super quick (hooray!)
However please note that many items on pre-order sell out before they even arrive.
We recommend that if you do not want to miss out that you place your order as soon as possible.
Pre-orders on items/sizes which are coming in soon are clearly marked as "pre-order".
If you are able to add to cart and buy an item well then it is in stock and ready to go!!
November pre-order delays
Unfortunately due to the recent cyber attack on Melbourne Ports and the dock worker strike there are some delays which are out of our control. Extremely frustrating! However, with current information at hand we do not expect the delay to extend past a week.
PRE ORDERS
Due to high demand we allow purchase of some of our items to on “pre-order”
This means that we have sold out or stock hasn't arrived in our warehouse yet - but we allow our customers the opportunity to pre-order these items to secure theirs before they arrive.
Items marked as PRE ORDER will have an estimated arrival written next to each style and size and it will be listed in the item description.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE
If you purchase your item on pre order you will still receive a confirmation of your order straight away. You will hear from us again when the item is in stock and ready to ship, we will send you the shipping/tracking information.
You do not need to follow this up, we promise we haven’t forgotten you. We will be in touch if the expected date of arrival of your pre order item changes and if there are any delays.
The benefit of purchasing Pre-Order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online (which happens fairly often!)
Demand can be very high at certain items & we frequently sell out completely via Pre-Order before items physically arrive.
Any estimated arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as many factors outside of our control can effect them.
Once purchased on pre order items cannot be cancelled.
Emamaco are not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-Order an item. Please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We will notify you of any changes, but your order will remain.
If you order more than one item, and any one of them is a PRE ORDER, your entire order won't be shipped until everything is in stock. This is important to note. If there are other items you wish to receive right away please place two separate orders, one for the PRE ORDER item and one for the other items you need sooner.
If you decide to upgrade to express shipping for a ‘pre order” item then it will be express delivered to you once it has been received into our warehouse.
If you purchased with free shipping then the order will be shipped as normal once recieved into our warehouse.
Once the PRE ORDER items are recieved by our warehouse they will be shipped to you on the same or next business day.
