To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

If you would like to change your item for a different style and or colour, please choose store credit and not exchange. Exchanges are for a different size in the same style you have purchased.

PLEASE NOTE: Our returns team will reject your return if:
-your item(s) are dirty, damaged, washed or worn
-your item(s) have had the attached tags removed
-the Emamaco zip lock bag with barcode has been damaged or is missing

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 10 days of of receiving them (from pickup or according to the supplied tracking information). Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of recieving them. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for Underwear for change of mind - this includes returns for exchange, refund or store credit.

  • They must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging and have original tags attached
  • Branded packaging must not be damaged.

For a change of mind, only full price items qualify for a refund. If you purchased your items at full price and would like a refund please email us at support@emamaco.com. If you would like store credit, please proceed with this form.

Items purchased on sale, with a promotion or a discount code will only qualify for a credit note or exchange for change of mind in accordance with our returns policy.

 

How do I return an item?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • If you live in Melbourne and would like to return your item in person, please follow the above process.

 

Are there any charges for returns?

  • We will always send everything out to you for free but you will need to cover any postage for returning items
  • Emamaco is not responsible for lost items in the post so we recommend you get and keep the postage tracking number when posting back to us

How soon will I get my refund? - Full priced items only.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
