Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

Emamaco does not charge a fee for returns.
We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit (excluding underwear/briefs). We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Returns will be rejected if:
-your item(s) are dirty, damaged, washed or worn
-your item(s) have had the attached tags removed 
-the Emamaco zip lock bag with barcode has been damaged or is missing

If your returns is rejected we will send you an invoice of $14.99 to process and ship the item back to you. Once paid we will send the item back.



What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 10 days of of receiving them. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of recieving them. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for Underwear for change of mind - this includes returns for exchange, refund or store credit.

  • They must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging and have original tags attached
  • Branded packaging must not be damaged.

For a change of mind, only full price items qualify for a refund. If you purchased your items at full price and would like a refund please email us at support@emamaco.com. If you would like store credit, please proceed with this form.

Items purchased on sale, with a promotion or a discount code will only qualify for a credit note or exchange for change of mind in accordance with our returns policy.

 

How do I return an item?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Emamaco does not charge a fee for returns.
    You will need to pay the shipping cost to send the item back to us in Melbourne. Shipping costs to return an item are not covered by emamaco.
  • When you send items back to us, Emamaco is not responsible for lost items in the post so we recommend you get and keep the postage tracking number when posting back to us

How soon will I get my refund? - Full priced items only.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
